Of course you get no argument on 'man made'. Now back to Christian texts: What about the talk of compassion, love, etc?? That is certainly not 'brutal'. Are you saying there is not a 'core' teaching by Jesus Christ that is worthwhile?? Many rational people will disagree with you all day long on that one FWIW. Including many scientists. < am sure if there was a word of "God", that "God" would find a way to get it to me.> One giant step backward from religion to god. You don't even have to be religious to believe in god {the way religions have mucked things up!)... and further, if there is a 'god' it doesn't matter or care what you and I believe in any case I don't think. :)) I would never deny the existance of god because I don't know!
