Why is all that on SI and not in the court record? You take it for granted that you understood what Tony wrote. I say this separate and apart from whether you believed him. Show those same words to someone who does not read SI nor play the market and I'll bet that it's Greek to them. Now imagine a "random" jury sitting through hour after hour of this. I think it's obvious from reading the transcripts that Berke was way over his head here. That's unfortunate, again, no matter how you feel about Tony personally. - Jeff
