It's just so disheartening that this is all people will remember of people from New Orleans. I have no idea where these kinds of people came from originally but the New Orleanians of my past wouldn't have behaved in this fashion. The people that I grew up around were hard working people that gratefully excepted a hand up then turned around and gave a hand up to the next person. They worked for a living instead of having their hand out taking from others and not willing to work for what they got. I suppose this is what evolution is like......
