No, when the power of the state comes directly from God, individuals have no inalienable rights. A state established church create that very thing.

Individuals displaying whatever do not create that idea or that effect. And only the mentally retarded would argue the Ten Commandments displayed subverts anything.

We have a separation of church and state because the Congress cannot create any law that establishes a connection. Read the Constitution.

The founders would have agreed unanimously that the Ten Commandments were the foundation of Western law. Virtually everyone was one kind of Christian or another. The concern of the time was that Congress wouldn't place one Christian sect over another.
