In the immortal words of Dirty Harry, one is tempted to ask, “Do you feel lucky?”

Harriet Miers seems to be qualified. Her detractors never seem to have a credible response to the respect reflected by here peers in electing her to President of the Texas Bar Association. She is one of the few living attorneys to argue a 12th Amendment case. She is a stealth candidate, but I like the odds.
