Those people "dumb enough to listen to them" do not deserve the freedom to choose Muslim clerics if they want them? If people are dumb enough to want religious leadership then maybe they ought to have what they want, until they choose to want something else. Freedom means letting people choose badly (badly being a subjective term)- and if the people in the ME do not depose their religious leaders, then they should keep them until they do depose them. It isn't our business to decide what is good for the ME, and then to try to impose it.

Who cares if they don't like loans? What business is that of yours?
