The fact that the Constitution references in the year of Our Lord with no qualification promotes religion for more explicitly that displaying the Ten Commandments on state property.

The constitution does not bar the state from engaging in religious activity. The military has priests, rabbi, ministers and chapels on state property. Religious services are conducted by employed, elected and appointed officials of the state on state property on state time.

The stupidity of your logic is junk science.
