By your own admission, you have no more reason to call her like David Souter then you would to call her like Scalia. In fact that is the entire problem, she is unpublished and no one knows HER position. Dont be sullied by people with their own idealogies to press for. You do know Bush, and I bet you would accept that Bush would NEVER knowingly appoint anyone who would attempt to legislate from the bench. Now, Bush has known this woman for 25 years. There are other people who have known her for an equal amount of time such as that judge in Texas (forgot his name). These people say she is not going to legislate from the bench. Why would you not listen to those who know her well, over those who know nothing about her? jdn
