NTAH has been around for quite a few years. They were promoting some kind of computer controlled pumping device for legacy oil wells, and then a remote control device for operating them. All they ever seemed to be selling was shares of stock, lots of trips to Europe to meet with investors. One of my early lessons in the difference between publicity and reality in the market.

Approach NTAH with caution.

The stock was nearly worthless six months ago according to this chart

They've stopped filing with the SEC according to this.

Pink sheets that don't file are a bad sign. Remember what happened to Casavant Mining Kimberlite International, CMKM Diamonds Inc Symbol (CMKX.PK)?

How can you know what's really happening with a company if they don't file with the SEC? All you're left with is the company's unreliable press releases.
