Severely restricted. You hit upon one issue. The supreme court making law. No where in the Constitution does it cover killing unborn children. The supreme court should have not taken the case. Our congress creates laws, not the court. Each state had it's own abortion statues and that's the way it should have stayed. Listening to the pro-abortion supporters, it should be a slam dunk to get states to legalize abortion. That in itself demonstrates the majority of American people are against killing unborn children...
