Once in Washington they ALL turn into pork-a-holics!

The only way to be SURE is to FORCE structural change... and amend the Constitution to REQUIRE balanced budgets (although, PAYGO rules on budgeting could have some modest, short term benefits).

IMO, *any* politician who WILL NOT come out and sign on to a Balanced Budget amendment AIN'T a real fiscal conservative --- he's just PLAYING ONE ON TV!
