for TA just stick to price and time, no formula's... formula's require sometype of configuration that is arbitrary.

Ken, I really don't know what's behind the move to cut spending on technical analyses. My guess is that its just cost cutting from the big houses to improve the bottom line. Fundamental analysts have already been reduced. They have the ability to generate profits without paying too much attention to fundamentals or technicals.

Kaufman bought another 20k last week.
