Solid quiet homes, with fancy everything.

I spent most of my last working years selling garage cabinets to new homeowners in So Cal. The homes being built were not only luxurious, they were enormous. Three car garage standard, and the top ones were four car. The houses cover almost all the lot. No front yard to speak of. Just enough room in back for a pool.

I don't know how you would keep them clean without a maid service.

Contrast that with what they built at the end of our dead end street. The homes take up most of the 35000 sq ft lots and they all sold within a year of start date.
