Let me put it this way. Hurricane Katrina would have still happened even if Bush didn't repeal some of Clinton's environmental regulations.

Just like reversing the dem's economic disaster took Reagan a lot longer than 4 years with the results showing under Slick Will only.

You want me to post your comment on that? How any policy which takes more than a presidential period to show in your opinion is worthless? Be happy I didn"t share your opinion back then or now.
