That was AS's thesis, not mine. I was just pointing out that production hasn't reached pre-invasion levels, far from it. And those forecasts assume a decline in the insurgency, something that isn't in evidence.

What about forecasts for next year, pretty close to 3 million. Long term expectations are for 5 million. Hardly something you would do if you wanted to drop production and raise price.

Forecasts of 3 million barrels have been made for the past two years. Those forecasts have never been met. What's changing to allow for 3 million next year?
