Wrong again, Mr. Kech. Right to privacy comes straight from English Common Law as does the Constitution:

Fine if it is in English Common Law, maybe State Courts would accept it. But it is not in the US Constitution as such. I am not against the right to privacy, it is just that the responsibility is not up to the US Supreme Court to maintain it.
