We don't need more refineries, we need more efficient use of energy. I drive down the road and I'm surrounded by one occupant SUV's that are at least 35% less efficient, completely wasting an increasingly precious resource. For every 10 gallons I use, they use 13.5 or more. It's stupid, and it's why we are all paying almost $3 a gallon for gas.


In a million years, a neocon will not look to cutting back on demand as a way to reduce oil prices. They do not want to be told they can not have something; that there are limits to things.
