I remember when a Catholic aunt wanted a Lutheran pall bearers. The Lord's prayer was said with the Lutherans mumbling a longer version. It got to where the Priest told us to just stay seated and shut up.

Oh, please. The current way it is to be used and said is written as a law.

Change the law, or try to, if it isn't to your liking. Or say nothing if it is your wish. The law provides for that as well.
