just_a_question you ignorant slut. For whatever reasons you take it upon yourself to misread, misunderstand, and misquote what I have written. Honestly you are such a whacked out loon, I have a hard time grasping what you are trying to say. I won’t address your lies of what I have said, instead I will say the following. 1. 8 Months ago the prosecutor said they were considering indicted 1 or 2 more individuals to the Judge within a 1 months time. 7 months past that deadline they never sought out anyone else. Unless the prosecutors are dishonest to the Judge, not very likely, they are done with any new charges related to this case. 2. Beyond what the prosecutors have said. They have an obligation to bring up all charges against all involved parties up at the time they file. This case went 2 full years before they actually started trial. With and indictment and a second bite at the apple with a superseding indictment. If the prosecution does not bring all parties involved to the jury, it places in question the verdicts rendered. Was someone else more responsible? How can you have testimony from the convicted since they can all take the 5th and should take the 5th if asked to testify. Also any new people can say the case would not be fair because the key witnesses, such as Elgindy, are convicted for these matters, which would unfairly bias the jury. Effectively this case for these matters for that period of time is over, complete, and finished. From the prosecution in the transcripts I do believe they considered indicting that Michaelson guy. His head was on a platter. But since he was Elgindy’s star witness, who sunk Elgindy, it looks like they passed. 3. Elgindy is appeal the case, the prosecutors need to focus on make the conviction stick and hold through appeal. If the prosecution were so stupid to indict more people for all of the above reasons and more, it would quickly make a strong case for an appeal. Also I believe the government will not be able to stop Elgindy from using all of the money he has left on lawyers. So his lawyers will get access to any money he has prior to it being taken away. If they don’t allow him to spend his money on lawyers he can argue he was deprived his due process. 4. You can believe me, or not. I don’t care. To anyone who was on his site, the same. If you want to be loon you have the right. Continue to flaunt you inability to reason and understand what is going on. 5. just_a_question one thing if for sure, you would make the most pathetic and impotent lawyer if you ever tried your hand in the field. Just_a_question you really don’t have any real points to make, your live your life as troll, and continue to troll. You are pitiful and pathetic, a true disappointment.. You have not an original thought of your own, you are incapable of thinking on your own, and solely exist to ask of others things that you should be able to understand on your own.
