LOL, does not mention it. That's nice. So the deliberate taking of life for any reason or manner should never be considered by the Supreme Court. When is the deliberate taking of a life not cruel. When is the deliberate taking of a life not implicitly punishment. There is no civil right to life because it is not mentioned?????

Are you trying to make some point???

Murder is a denial of the self evident civil right to life.
