LOL. Earl Warren was the California Attorney General, which he often had to deal with constitutional issues. And the fact that she argued an issue that has never in the past, and will never again, be litigated seems a rather weak line of defense for her "qualifications."

You can't find a Supreme Court justice who has done less constitutional work, has less relevant experience or has worse academic credentials. Doesn't exist.

Earl Warren, not my favorite justice by any stretch of the imagination, was a district attorney for 20 years, attorney general and governor of California before being appointed by Ike. Miers is just a political hack.
