I told you, it's all wasted. 90% of the additional military spending is wasted too but that's the nature of government has to be endured to achieve the crucial +10% that is actually giving us added protection.

How about the national monies spent fighting wildfires in CA?

This is a good example. Why should national moneys be used for California wildfires other than those on federal land? Do you have a reason? Other than deep pockets, that is?

That's the kind of question a conservative asks. I've yet to hear a good answer. Perhaps you have one.
