I'm a little confused on what, exactly, the counterargument to having RFID passports might be.

By 2013, you don't need worry about a RFID chip in your passport, worry about the one embedded in your brains, mandatory law passed 2006 after the third attack on US soil. (still thinking if this is a <GGGGG> or not)
