Yes, but just like with Clinton, if Libby (or Rove) lied in the context of something that wasn't actually a crime (getting a BJ, in Clinton's case, or leaking the name of a woman who may not have been an undercover CIA agent at that particular time, I don't think it's such a bad thing).

Libby resigned immediately, which leads me to believe that there's something more there.
