He foolishly lied about what he knew and what he said to reporters in the grand jury testimony and is therefore being indicted.

Foolishly?!?!? If Libby, Rove, etc. had testified truthfully to the grand jury, they'd all be serving long jail sentences. Their only hope to escape justice was to lie.

Yeah, I heard most of it.

I think Fitzgerald comes across as a pro, and if he says the guy should be indicted then I believe him. Whether he's guilty is another question, but some people obviously don't support the concept of being innocent until proven guilty.

Or being innocent if you are a Republican.

Libby is the #2 man to the Vice President. Don't you think, knowing she worked at the CIA, that he should have asked them if harm would be done by revealing her identity? Is this the standard of work we can expect from the chimpistration? It wasn't just Ms. Plame that was damaged..
