re: We have enemies that celebrate when 3,000 of our innocent civilians are murdered as they head to work. There can be no mistaking what they would do with a nuke, if they got their hands on one.

They have enemies (their perception) that celebrate "shock and awe". You want to nuke Mecca, and yet you say "There can be no mistaking what they would do with a nuke".

Do you have an ounce of empathy; is it possible for you to see the world through the other guys eyes? You look much more dangerous to them than they do to us.

Frankly, you are as much a radical as their radicals. You are part of the problem... the moderates on both sides are the solution.

I for one wish nukes were in no one's hands. However, one thing is certain. If this world is to be free of nukes, the last one to dismantle them needs to be us.

And the Russians think they should be the last one to dismantle, and the Chinese think they should be the last one to dismantle and the Israelis think they should be the last one to dismantle, and the French think...................

Isn't that part of the problem?
