You are mistaken as usual. AQ was always an international coalition operating in a large number of countries. Note that AQ was once active in the Sudan, attacked US targets in Kenya, Tanzania, Yemen, and the Philippines using local affiliates. Furthermore some of the 911 hijackers were recruited into AQ in Europe. Re, Libya its amazing you explain away the plain statements of Gaddafi when they conflict with your spin.
