Wrong, Clinton was most incompetent president followed closely by Carter and then LBJ. Republican presidents spend their terms cleaning up democrat's mistakes. BTW, what did Berger steal? Why was he fined $50,000?? John

Worst President in my lifetime was LBJ. Carter was a lousy President. Ruined the pshycology of the country. Used Olympic athletes as pawns. Too naive. A nice man though. Would have been a better Billy Graham. Clinton could have been a great President but made some real blunders. In retrospect he gave into the Real Estate lobby and put $500k in many a rich persons piggy back...but that took a long time to play out. He lies to the country in primetime. No one trusted him before that but after that. Impeached.
