Dumb as he is, Bush is probably at a 50/50 chance of attacking Iran. Forget about $100 oil. It'd go well beyond that with Iran controlling the Strait of Hormuz.

Also, Russia has spoken of trading oil partially in Euros. Wouldn't be surprised if they did so, maybe waiting first for Iran to do so.
