Excellent post in it's entirety. Thanks. - almost as silly as their proposed 'riders' on laws that try to say this particular law isn't subject to judicial review. Those people just don't get it, and probably never will. I don't even understand how that have the audacity to add riders like that. The Framers set up the Judiciary as lifetime appointments because they understood that Congress and the President were subject to the whims of the public. The Court was intended to be the one branch to backstop any Constitutional infringements. I worry that one day those fanatics are going to start assassinating judges they don't like. God's will or something equally insane. jttmab
