Well, I suppose we ought to see the guy convicted first...I am wondering about another issue...will Fitz let scooter make a deal? or will he drag a nasty trial in the public domain?

Look for Libby to be pardoned at the end of Bush's term. Libby's lawyers should be able to delay things so that if he does any time, it'll just be a short sabbatical. Then, Libby can come back and go on the lecture circuit as a right wingnut hero who fell on his sword.
