Is it possible they consider Qualcomm dominant due to the fact that they will receive the most royalties compared to everyone else ?

Do we know what the 5 of the 6 charge for their IP?

I remember they tried to get everyone in a 5% IP pool in which Qualcomm snubbed.

Did they follow through, is this their case Qcom gets 5% and the rest of the universe combined gets 5%?

Which one might construe as being dominant.

Long time holder first time poster.

Jeffrey....remind me of how long the Ericsson law suit lasted? I wasn't around from the beginning, but I think it was 4-5 years? And didn't QUALCOMM continue to grow throughout that period.
