Do they suggest a reduction in the wholesale price of the subscriber equipment, in an amount approximating the value of the GSM-related aspects of same?

Carranza, didn`t Steve Altman , in conjunction with the retaliatory patent infringement suit filed against Broadcom in San Diego, emphasize that Qualcomm has important IPR applicable to the higher data rate evolutions of GSM (i.e. GPRS/EDGE)? That those GSM technologies use Qualcomm inventions that were discovered in CDMA high speed data work?
