I do think the US govt ought to build a plant in the US and make Tamiflu under a license. I am shocked to read that Roche is refusing to license manufacture since it can't make enough.

NO, China does NOT need NO stinking Tamiflu formula. All China needs to do is to Stop Exporting the Star anise, then there will be NO so-called Tamiflu!!
