Meanwhile, triple waterfalls notwithstanding and the end of the financial world drawing nigh with galaxy-wide repricing, Uncle Al KBE repriced my USD so that I get more Happy Meals each month. Now up to 4% with more to come. Yummy. Big Ben agrees with Uncle Al KBE so I expect I will be happy and happier.

<<<<XXXXX is backed by a whole lot of promises and back-to-back deals, and will fail to hold up in course of galaxy-wide triple-water-fall repricing and universal monetary reset. I would have thought that script is obvious to all, or will be before another 14 years.>>>>>>

Let replace """XXXXX"""" with """"China""""". Voila!!! The same script. Hmmmmmmm. And yet you are so sure this time. :-)

TJ, QCOM revenue and net profits both up 40%. Hot off the press: Message 21850277

So far, your prognostications are of variety: "The end of the world is nigh". <QCOM is backed by a whole lot of promises and back-to-back deals, and will fail to hold up in course of galaxy-wide triple-water-fall repricing and universal monetary reset. >

And things are just getting going.

Wheeee....

Those promises seem to be going okay, back to back and holding up. QCOM up 8% on the happy news about greatly increased revenue and profits, which is a good combination. And things are just getting going. The silly intellectual property theft being attempted will come to nought. Those who understand the situation are sanguine.

Meanwhile, GOOG continues to climb. The housing shorts have done a little turn too. Time to double up again on TOL, HOV etc, to neutralize the good and hard Googling you got given.

Fancy shorting brains! Not so smart. Okay, if a bigger brain comes along, shorting a brain might be good, but when shorting Kasparov before Deep Blue, Deep Junior and Deep Fritz are even a gleam in a geek's eye, it's not a good idea.

Meanwhile, my pay rate on USD has increased to 4%, which is not great but nearing normality. Just in time for Uncle Al KBE to step out after the world's greatest currency challenge = the Y2K Biotelecosmictechdot.com boom and bust + Asian Contagion + Black Scholes event horizon leveraged implosion + Twin Towers attack + Mexican + Russian + Argentinian + other currency shenanigans combined with Japanese pixelation of yen and derivatives turbo-charged financial relativity theory testing [that little item still to be tested in a strong gravitational field], not to mention the world record leveraged housing mania around the world.

I guess history has not ended. But Uncle Al KBE withstood and shone during those troubled times. Not bad going for a full of hot air politically-hobbled state-backed fiat fantasy. I have to say I'm impressed. Perhaps American electorate ignorance saved the day. They wouldn't know a twin deficit if they fell over it and probably didn't know they could just print themselves a passel of pesos. The ignorant are unable to resist the passion of the printing press. Free money = free wealth in their simplistic minds.

Somehow, their greedy paws were kept away from the till. Sort of anyway. Uncle Al and Uncle Sam poured out a LOT of the stuff in a short time. They were saved by China maths and India outsourcing.
