What do you think about this change? It seems to me that it sets a bad precedent. You don't think you like a judge's politics so you replace him or her. Is that common in TX?

When the governor's race was contested here, the GOP purposely picked a GOP judge in the most GOP country in the state to try the case. While Dems didn't like it, they never thought to ask for a change of venue or a change of judge. Maybe its not permitted here. Just curious as to what you think.
