Yes, our gov't has taken a turn for the worse. It goes to show how our gov't really is based on the trust model. We elect a leader and then we trust that they will fulfill their obligations to uphold what the office stands for and their duty to the American people. Bush Jr. has done nothing but enrich his cronies and the expense of the American people. And to think I defended him for his first several years in office.
