Let me rephrase.. There are diverse and powerful interests there who either want to protect the power they already have because they worry about other threats (China.. Korea, and generally more conventional wars).. While there are others who have shown their competence at targeting, finding, and dismantling terrorist networks.. But when they do so, the wind up "encroaching" into the territory of many diverse intelligence agencies.. Suffice it to say that we need to double, if not triple, the size of our SpecOps forces and make them the primary weapon by which this war against terror is fought. Hawk
