Bushites have always claimed that the invasion/occupation of Iraq is legal in international war because of UNSCR 1441, which calls for the disarming of Iraq.

Given that the Bush Regime has fabricated evidence of non-compliance, the UNSCR 1441 excuse falls to pieces. This makes Bush a War Criminal.
