What do men know about the reproductive process? What does that have to do with anything? Harriet Myers has no children. Is she unqualified for the SC on that basis? I'd bet than none of the nine knows first hand about murder, either. Or most of the things they rule on. Women make up more than 50% of the population and you tell me only 1 woman is qualified to be on SC. We don't pick SC justices randomly. Bear in mind that the women being considered for the SC now grew up in the same world I did, where you took a minor in secretarial studies in case your husband died and you had to earn a a living. Give the pipeline a while to produce stunningly qualified women. Or wait until the Democratic pipeline is in play. It should have the early adopters. <g>
