"You really know a lot about this stuff, don't you?"

It depends. What time period are you taking as for full employment? the 1930's? The 1940's? The 1950's? The 1960's? Early 1970's? Late 1970's? Early 1980's? Late 1980's? And so on. "Full employment" seems to change so...

In EE, the unemployment rate rarely budges above 2.5%. In recent times, it has gone as high as 6% and change. But does this reflect the overall health of the economy? Probably not.

The economy is not strong.....unemployment has been at 5% for two years.

LOL. You really know a lot about this stuff, don't you?

Do you really think you're fooling anyone taking these awkward positions? And yes, I do know a lot about this stuff........in fact, I know enough about supply side economics to know that its the GOP's favorite economic theory because it allows them to pig out at the trough.

I don't need to have economic statistics to know the economy is not strong. All I have to do is fill up my gas tank. There are a lot things wrong that are masked by the things that are right. That doesn't mean everything will end well..........no matter how much DR hopes it will.
