I don't think it's unfeasible. I think if you can get a bunch of American's to send their kids to be killed in Iraq for no particular reason, it should be pretty easy to market encouraging the educated to have children. After Iraq I am now sure you can sell anything to the American people as long as you package it right. And if the idea has an underlying rational purpose they won't get pissed off when they figure out what the marketing was for (unlike Iraq).

Oh, it's certainly stylish to have a homemaker wife as a status symbol, after you've already had the first (and maybe second) wife working to get you to the point in life where you can afford one.
