Viewer, I think you can see that I am not alone in the responses to you. You seem to want to say something, basically a defense of anything involving "shorting," without listening to or perhaps even reading the posts to which you respond.

That may work on the A@P board where you are used to getting support from like minded hedgie and MM defenders. Here, we are taking a more objective view.

As most seem to be here, I AM AGAINST ALL MANIPULATION. Your bringing up a scam company would be similar to my saying that all shorting is manipulation because of the scams committed by others in the name of shorting, e.g., trading on FBI secret data base information or extorting free shares from CEO's to call off the shorts.

I've answered every one of your questions. You don't seem to read the reply posts. I would like shorting to be easier and available to everyone, but within very clear rules and regulations that can't be skirted by MM's, hedge funds and other associates, as is the current case. I'm for complete discosure and prohibitions on trading, whether that be advance selling or shorting, on convertibles and discount PIPE's.

Also, you don't seem to be reading the news or even Truthseeker's posts re manipulation by hedge funds that involves, inter alia, naked shorting. You just want to change the subject and basically say that you would prefer scamming shorts to get retail money rather than scammy insiders and managements.

Kind of a waste of effort, Viewer, and you have to realize that argument just doesn't make much sense.
