In the header it also says this thread is meant to go with the microcap or whatever kitchen he participates in. I think this is the core of the issue that Ruff thinks his pennies are getting shorted to oblivion like the rest of the penny players, right RUff?

As far as I can tell, there are no "favorites". What may appear to be a favorite is simply the stocks that are in the press, like Overstock.com.

I don't believe that shedding light on how many shares are short a company at any given time is going to reduce or eliminate all shorting. I don't see how clearing up the FTDs are going to stop shorting. I don't see how proper enforcement of the rules by the SEC, DTC et all is going to harm "legal" shorters.

You keep saying that enforcing the rules is going to harm or eliminate shorting. I just don't see this as a fact. It appears to be some sort of fantasy on your part, viewer.
