Chambers sees more consolidation in technology landscape; says co is positioned very well to capitalize on changes in the marketplace; says slowing global spending is a concern (mentions Germany and France specifically); expects more low-priced competition from Asia... As for guidance, co sees Q2 revenue growth of +8-9% (this equates to revs of $6.449-$6.508 bln, consensus is $6.745 bln). Co sees 2006 revenue growth of 10-12%... Stock trading at $17.41 in after hours.
