This dog is down so much might have something to do with the bill for drilling in Alaska wildlife reserve has been dropped by the House. Although my understanding is that the place they are supposed to drill is not counted as wildlife reserve? who knows.

They choose a bad time to enter energy sector. oil has down a lot and may continue down for some time. Some speculators say that the oil will go back to $35 a barrel 10 years from now. Seems a long stretch for me, who could predict anything that will happen in 10 years? NO ONE.

Although this may make it easier to find a rig for them

They should really contract to a Chinese company and ship Chinese workers here (some oil company already has done it in CO). That would save a lot of money for them, and would speed up the thing a lot faster too<G>
