You are right, never be too greedy. As a matter of fact we never even thought about our home in San Diego from an investment point of view when we bought it back in Feb, '99. My wife just wanted a place there, where she could spend the winter most of the time (alas, away from me and if John hadn't put me on ignore, he could have supported my wife on that one. LOL). But at $359k only back then it looked affordable. Now nothing similar is traded below $700k in our area, most went for more than that. Knocks the sox of most of my "clever" investments in semicon stock last 5 years. Taro
