Yes, agree. The ANWR issue bugs the heck out of me! Why we can't develop our own HUGE oil resources astounds me. Any thinking person knows we can extract oil without dramatically harming the environment in Alaska. And it's pandering to the most radical environment lobbyist not to go that route.

they should take the gloves off. bush needs to be more specific , name the people who are throwing dirt, lying. Hit them right between the eyes with facts Oh, how I wish he would. I am sick and tired of those greasy spoons like Kennedy, Reid, Kerry, Pelosi and others making such irresponsible remarks and having the GALL to call President Bush's remarks smear. Bush and others need to identify each and every person lying and telling us why they are lying and what damage they are doing to this country. jdn
