Sorry to disagree with such an innocent view. The military was holding ME maneuvers back in 2000 already. By mid 2002 it was full bore. I guess you never heard that item one on day one of Bush's regime was Iraq?

We already know who, it was a man by the name of Rocco Martino and the Italian SISMI, their military intelligence. What we don't know is why. The FBI and other groups seem to be curiously, ummm, uncurious when tasked with investigating it. Since Martino's name came up, no one has managed to actually talk to him about his role, despite Rocco being in country on several occasions...
