Does RE drive credit or credit drives RE? IMO it started by credit driving RE, but now it's the opposite. So the RE must turn down first and the credit will follow.

There are all kinds of dumazz bears here like myself and Patron that desperately need help.

Perhaps your admission will make us consider our own plights, but then again probably not. Dumazz bears like us are generally just too stupid. That's what makes us dumbazz bears in the first place.
